A walk to Deligne's Conjecture

It was found by Cohen that the E2-algebras in chain complexes give rise to Gerstenhaber algebras in homology.  Hochschild cohomology was known to be a Gerstenhaber algebra; Deligne asked whether this arises via the structure of an E2-algebra on chain complexes.
